This was one of those that came very fast, very easy. I love those!

I wanted to record it while it was still fresh and found out that a friend and brilliantly talented musician, Fernando Perdomo, was in town for a limited time. However, there was also a hurricane named Irma that was fast approaching.

After trying to find a studio that was not boarding up for the storm, I found Markee Studios in Deerfield Beach, FL open and recorded with Marko Ruffolo manning the board. Fernando and myself knocked the song out in about 3 hours before he caught a plane to LA and all hell broke lose in South Florida.

Vicki Loveland and Van Duren were sent the files and added vocals at Ardent Studios in Memphis, TN under the guidance of Mike Wilson.

Afterwords Zack Ziskin mastered and Joe Howell at Jahall Records worked up an imaginative video - youtu.be/w8bVHjGGODU, and the rest, as they say, is history ...
